Research and Learn at OIMB

Want to conduct research at the Oregon Coast? Or bring a group of students for a learning experience they’ll never forget? Our research and housing facilities are available for visiting researchers and student groups.

Please note that if you plan to collect invertebrates while visiting OIMB, you must obtain a collecting permit from the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife.

Teaching Opportunities at OIMB

Classes in the OIMB summer session are taught by visiting faculty. Faculty who would be interested in teaching a course during the summer should contact Maya Watts to discuss this possibility.
